If your computer is really messed up, you can ship it prepaid to our Customer Support Center where it will be repaired. We charge $50/hour (which includes return shipping) for this service. If you are interested, please send an email by clicking here. We only ship with Federal Express using their Ground service - If you send your computer to us, please enclose your case in any non-static material, such as a brown paper bag, before liberally wrapping bubblewrap around it and placing it in the box. Please enclose all software (on cd's or floppies) and manuals that you have for your computer, especially any paperwork that has registration numbers. Fill the remainder of the shipping box with peanuts.
